Data Hygiene and Compliance

As companies grow, databases grow. As databases grow, complexity increases. At some point, you have to rein in the madness before it spirals out of control. I fix messy datasets, customer and contact records, and stale data with no activity. Then I ensure those procedures are followed regularly so they stay clean.

Three data files flow one by one into a database, which grows as it takes them in

List Processing and Data Enrichment

  • Formatting and standardization of data across lead, contact, opportunity, and account records
  • Enrichment utilizing third-party data tools (like ZoomInfo or Clay)
  • Pre- and post-event list uploads
Two duplicate contact records slide together, merge in a flash, and become one record with a check mark

Database Maintenance

Keeping the CRM and marketing automation database clean by:

  • Deduplicating recordsĀ
  • Normalizing values
  • Fixing field mapping issues
  • Vetting new records before ingesting them
An email sequence: Email 1 sends and flows to Email 2, which flows to Email 3

A/B Testing

  • Designing and executing tests on formsĀ
  • Calls to Action (CTAs)
  • Follow-up cadences or sequences
  • Actively iterating based on the results
A visitor fills in a contact form and clicks submit, then an error message appears

Friction Identification

  • Actively monitor and fix funnel drop-offs
  • Failed form submissions
  • Broken system handoffs
